Pigeon Crafts is an online shop that I started up in 2020, where I create and sell merchandise of my illustrations internationally. This includes product sourcing, testing and creation of items such as vinyl stickers, sticker sheet, acrylic keychains and handmade clay goods. More recently, I created a group of original characters for the brand, for greater consistency and brand recognition.
Being the sole person behind this shop, I am also responsible for packaging, shipping, brand awareness, product photography, ideation, marketing and more!

CLIENT - Personal Project
Merchandise Creation
Designs are all planned and drawn by myself, then sent to my own sourced manufacturers or homemade with a cutting machine. After the creation of my group of original characters - The Floofy Fam - more merchandise feature them.
Packaging
I also illustrated various thank you cards for a more personalised touch to the packaging, while further supporting the branding of my shop. Moving forward, I will be implementing a new standardisation of cards which will feature my original characters to further strengthen brand recognition. This could also be a fun collectible for customers as a keepsake.
Packages are sealed with stickers of PIgeoncrafts' logo, and details down to the packaging colours are selected to be consistent with the brand colours.
Brand Awareness & Engagement
Different strategies to increase brand awareness and create a connection with my target audience included creating fun Instagram filters featuring artwork that would be used in sticker sheets, creating engaging posts which encouraged sharing and commenting, as well as creating templates that coud be shared on stories.
